First Aid & CPR Training

Gain the practical skills and confidence to respond to medical emergencies with our nationally recognised First Aid & CPR training.
This one-day course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), basic emergency life support and essential first aid procedures for a range of workplace and everyday emergencies.
Whether you're completing first aid training for employment, workplace safety requirements or personal knowledge, our experienced trainers provide practical, hands-on instruction to help you respond effectively when it matters most.
What You'll Learn

Perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED)

Recognise and respond to medical emergencies

Provide first aid for bleeding, burns, fractures and other injuries

Assist someone who is unconscious, choking or experiencing breathing difficulties

Respond to common medical conditions and emergencies

Follow first aid procedures, communicate with emergency services and report incidents
Units of Competency
On successful completion, participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for:
