Suitability: Before you start your course, we need to make sure the training is right for your skills and experience. Your trainer will check if you need any extra support with reading, writing, or maths (Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital, or LLND) or other pre-enrolment and prerequisite requirements. If extra support or different training is needed, we’ll discuss this with you and arrange it in accordance with our support and refund policies. Your enrolment will be completed only after suitability requirements have been met.
